Tangled with issues and expectations , 7CPC report coming up in a week ?

A report in GConnect says that :

7CPC to submit its report shortly – Confederation of Central Government Employees and Workers, Karnataka Branch says 7CPC report may be submitted on 20th or 23rd November 2015.

Confederation also reports that minimum basic pay fixed  would be around Rs. 21,000 

They also say that the report will not be to your expectations  !!  The fitment formula may be from 2.86 to  3.15  ,

7CPC – Tangled with Issues & Expectations – The New Pension System implemented based on the recommendations of the 6CPC needs to be revisited and reviewed by the 7CPC, since the adequacy of fund management depends on market forces and the capabilities of fund managers.
