This report, does not qualify on any account. It lacks sense. I wish the reporter could have studied the true facts and figures well, before writing such invalid comments.
You are at many times using strong words (in my view!). In this case also you have used 'nonsense' and 'stupid'. You could have used 'baseless' or 'half baked' etc. after all mostly we only are reading these.Kindly take care. The name ISRO has a dignity so is the ISROFEF.
