Sir, I have seen your remarks about 6th CPC terminal benefits huge difference between the employees having date of birth 01/01/1946 and retired on 31/12/2005. History repeats, even for 7th CPC the same situation arisen, but now the difference for an employees who is having date of birth 01/01/1956 and retired on 31/12/2015, the difference is about Rs.15 lakhs, one cannot imagine and digest. Hence, kindly show me a path how to challenge this issue for natural justice. I am one of the sufferer in this matter. kindly reply.
