Welcome back. 
This BlogSite of  ISRO Senior Citizens' Fraternity (ISCF)  was started in 2008, and run through until 2012. For certain reasons, it got stuck !.
Now, I think I must revive and improve this site, so that it could become helpful to all retired employees of ISRO, and others.

2 increments - Arrears calculation

Request :

Can any one create an  EXCEL Worksheet  for the computation of  Arrears arising out of the 2 Increment addition ?  It should be clear, and the user should be able to plug his BP as on 1-1-1996, and subsequent grade changes , if any, into the template. It should give the computation and arrears.  Kindly mail me with the Worksheet  attached.  Please help !
