There's a saying in Malayalam ; translated thus :

Give by the left hand, snatch away by the right !

This is exactly what our Govt is now doing. And now, the Fin Minister says he is going to modify the taxation of Salaried class. This year, as you are aware, a Standard Deduction of  Rs.40000 is offered in the Income Tax. That's good, you may say. But, the villain snatches away all the  allowances .  That's great trick.

Do you know how much gain an employee is getting out of this ?  Experts worked out ! They say , a great Rs. 35/- ( read thirtyfive ) .

50th Year of Indian Sounding Rockets
