നാളെ ... നാളെ  ...  OROPനെക്കുറിച്ച്  ഇന്നലെയും നമ്മുടെ മന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞു. നാളെ ..നാളെ... ഇതാ വരുന്നു...

Again that's what the Defense Minister said about OROP, yesterday.  Tomorrow...certainly tomorrow...

നാളെ ...നാളെ .... (tomorrow...tomorrow...)..

നാളെ ...നാളെ ....   (tomorrow...tomorrow...)...

You must have heard this call , have you been here in Kerala , anytime.  Yeah... The lottery salesman always calls ... loud...  tomorrow..tomorrow !  That's  നാളെ... നാളെ...  The call tells you about the lottery draw on the next day , TOMORROW ! He never talks about today.

This exactly , it seems, is happening in the case of OROP for the Defense pensioners. If otherwise, please tell me what's the meaning of this paper report today (The Hindu) ?

A  few days back, the Minister said 'OROP is approved and implementation starts in April 1st week. Now, some guy says it;s being taken up. What's all this ??

OROP for High Court Judges

Supreme Court , on Monday, ruled that there should not be any disparity in the pension of High court Judges, irrespective of the source from where they are drawn. Hence the principle of "One Rank One Pension " be applied wef from 2004, the SC directed the Government.

Let's all hope that this principle of natural justice be extended to all Pre-2006 Central Pensioners as well.
