OROP for High Court Judges

Supreme Court , on Monday, ruled that there should not be any disparity in the pension of High court Judges, irrespective of the source from where they are drawn. Hence the principle of "One Rank One Pension " be applied wef from 2004, the SC directed the Government.

Let's all hope that this principle of natural justice be extended to all Pre-2006 Central Pensioners as well.
