7CPC listens to Pensioner Associations
Bharat Pensioners Samaj (BPS) has been invited by 7CPC for a preliminary discussion. The discussion on the topics in the Questionnaire took place on 23 July.
BPS reports that "The Commission was very receptive and patient, and participated actively in the discussions."

The great divide
The great divides !
The have and the have-nots !
The abled and the disabled !!
The literates and the illiterates !!!
The tech-abled and the tech-disabled !!!!
Pre-independence and Post-independence !!!!!
You may tell me many more such divides. But these are all happenings. But there are many more divides created by the system, mostly intentional.
There's also a DIVIDE created by our Governmet, the Pre2006 and Post2006 ! My comments on this are redundant. You are aware how the Govt devides the Pensioners based on the holy-date, that is 1-1-2006 !
Add to it, is the Great Divide by ISRO. That too is on that holy mark 1-1-2006.
Pension revisions, payments, and even related communications are made to the Post 2006 on priority. ( For the serving employees, such payments and communications are instant !). The Pre-2006 pensioners are ignored and left have-nots.
