Life Certificate - New guideline

The Dept of Pension and Pensioner's Welfare, in its OM dated 18-7-2019, have made the following change wrto the "Submission of Life Certificates". 

Senior Pensioners aged 80 years and above are allowed to give their Life Certificate w.e.f  1st October every year, instead of  November. ie. Life certificate can be presented between 1 October and 30 November.

The 2019 July issue of ISRO Pensioner ( Journal of ISRO Pensioners' Association ) is released.

It contains a lot of  information for ISRO Pensioners.

Down-grading Sci/Engr SFs

Now that the revision of 7CPC Pension of SD to SG grades are on, there's lot of relief for them !  They leave the rest of 2 increments to the Lord !! May the Lord be favorable to us !

But, right now, there is a hidden down grading of some !  particularly Engr SFs.

Regarding CHSS ,  Sci/Engr SFs were in Level 4.  But now, most of them with lesser number of increments in their pay are not in Level 4  !  They are  downgraded to Level 3 !

Requests all in this category to assess their position and respond.

Revised PPOs , without 2 increments

Finally ,  ISRO shows a bit of kindness to their parents ! 

They are processing the Revised Pension (as per 7 CPC ) Orders ( ignoring 2 Additional Increments ). Remember, this is for those Engineers in SD to SG grades, who had +2 increments.

The CPAO reports that the revised PPOs are on their way to the respective CPPCs !

BUT.....

You are to get a copy of the Revised Pension Order from ISRO (which they sent to CPAO for approval).
Secondly, you are to get the revised PPO from CPAO, Delhi.
Thirdly, your Pension paying Bank will get you the arrears.

Watch out for the steps !!
