Finally, Govt concedes  to  implement the Court orders.  The  Modified -Parity ( Not the Full-Parity ! ) implemented wef  24-9-2012  has been struck down by the Court  and directed the Govt to implement the same wef  1-1-2006. Now the Govt  is asked to implement the same in three months time.
