Pre-2006 ? +20 but -33 ? Not getting full pension ??

Pre-2006 ? Not getting full pension ??
Grant of full pension to those who have rendered service for 20 years or more - Extension of benefit to pre-2006 retirees.
Judgement by CAT, Ernakulam ( Judgement dated 16-8-2013, CAT Ernakulam Branch in OA No.715 of 2012 with OA No. 1051 of 2012 )  and   Judgement  dated 7-1-2014 of Hon’ble  High Court of Kerala  in OP (CAT) Nos. 4 and 8 of 2014.
These judgements , which unambiguously decreed that full pension should be allowed to the two petitioners who retired prior to 1—1-2006 after rendering less than 33 years of service.

Pensioners all over the country is demanding the extension of the benefit  of full pension to all those who have rendered a qualifying service of 20 years or more, to the Pre-2006  retirees  also.
