Pre-2006 - Modified Parity - Implementation

Modified Parity in Pension , in respect of Pre-2006 pensioners to be given effect to wef 1-1-2006 (and not wef  24-9-2012, as done earlier). Government agreed to implement provisions of DoP&PW OM dated28-1-2013 within 3 months. This follows the Order dt. 15-5-2014 of CAT Principal Bench, Delhi (CP No. 158/2012).

All Pre-2006 pensioners whose pension is revised with the above order, will get their revised PPO effective from 1-1-2006. They will also get the arrears in pension accordingly.
