In the case of "Full pension for 20> but <33 years sevice", persons with such status are requested to visit the ISCF official site for an important information and action.
They are adviced to send a representation though a letter to Chairman, ISRO and Director (of their respectice Centre) in a format similar to the one below.

I entered service in ISRO ( xxxx Centre) on.. ... . After .......years of service I retired on.......... Thus I
didnot have 33 years of qualifying
service to get full pension . Now the Ernakulam Bench of the Hon’ableCentral Administrative Tribunal in
OA No.715/2012 and 1051/2012 has directed to extend thebenefits of full pension to those
who do not have 33 years of qualifying service and retired prior to 1.1.2006. Hence I request that I
may be extended the full benefit of the above orders of the
Hon’able Central Administrative
Tribunal.
