No Pay hike for Non-performers

ISROfef supports this idea/ action (if implemented ! ) 

At the same time, ISROfef  thinks about ... Had this been implemented in 1976  ( 4CPC) or 1986 (5CPC)  !!  ????

How many of you would have got your full pensions ???
